These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at diamonddesignzqc.com and the services provided by Diamond Designz Detailing LLC ("Diamond Designz," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide auto detailing services (offered in Diamond, Gold, and Silver packages, plus à la carte add-ons) and vehicle rentals in the Quad Cities area. Prices shown are starting points and vary by vehicle size and condition. Some services are quoted on request. We will confirm pricing with you before work begins.

Booking & appointments

Detailing is by appointment. Pickup and delivery may be available across the Quad Cities. When you book, please provide accurate vehicle and contact information so we can schedule and complete your service.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.

Payment

We accept cash and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your vehicle & your responsibilities

• Please remove personal valuables and important items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Tell us about any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, wraps, aftermarket parts, or known issues before service.
• Results can vary with a vehicle's age, materials, and condition; we will always do our best to meet the standard our packages describe.

For certain services, you may be asked to sign a separate service agreement before work begins.

Rentals

Vehicle rentals are offered through Turo and are subject to Turo's terms, host agreement, and protection plans in addition to these Terms.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, our Privacy Policy describes the program, message rates, and how to opt out (reply STOP).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Designz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised.
